It is a spaceous 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story cabin, and sleeps 6 comfortably, (1 King and 2 Queen beds). Beautiful sparkling in-ground pool, shaded and lighted patios with bbq grill, all on 22+ acres for hiking, bird watching, deer, turkeys & lots of other birds, squirrels, wildflowers, and fantastic sunsets!

Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, luxury linens, washer and dryer, cable TV, internet.  

Located just one mile from the Horseshoe Bend on the Guadalupe River, tube rentals, live music at Whitewater, 20 minutes to Schlitterbahn, 15 minutes to Gruene, Texas, Gruene Hall, antique stores, The Gristmill Restaurant, 25 minutes to San Marcos Outlet Mall, 45 minutes to San Antonio, Six Flags at Fiesta Texas, The Alamo, The River Walk, Wonderworld, Splash Town USA, 55 minutes to Austin, Texas, more than 50 wineries within an hour, or just relax on 22 acres of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and swim in the beautiful sparkling pool! PLEASE NOTE! We live up the hill in the main home on the property, and we try to be unobtrusive, and at the same time, very friendly. Please read our reviews! The cabin has brush and shrubbery, and trees to give you privacy from the main home. The cabin has its own front and back porch, its own driveway and carport, and its own barbecue grill.  We have an adorable dog, Dottie. She is very friendly and child-safe! According to our guests, she is one of the favorite things about our property.  We share the pool with our guests, but normally let you enjoy it alone. Because of insurance requirements only registered guests are allowed to use the pool and property. If you plan on having visitors, please discuss with us to get prior approval. We will try to be accommodating.
